After a remarkable success with the construction of ifm 1 in Opole, when we built a building so efficient that we barely managed to figure it out, the Investor gave us a free hand! 🤝 He trusted us so much that he named us as the designer and contractor for all the installations on ifm 2! It was a challenge! 🏗️

Our team had a lot of fun working on this large office building, which was open space and also had many temperature-controlled laboratories. Interbud West was the general contractor, but we were responsible for the installations, which were not few! 🛠️

We, the creative dwarves of technical solutions, got a ton of work on our heads. 🌪️💡 From plumbing to fire protection, from sanitary sewers to hot and cold water systems. Even the vacuum roof drainage was our work! 🚰

But it doesn't stop there! 💪 We were responsible for the installation of central heating, mechanical ventilation, chilled water, air conditioning, compressed air and smoke removal system! We worked like bees that produce innovation instead of honey! 🐝🔧

And what about the appliances? 🤔 We used real gems: MDV fan coil units, powerful Hidros chiller, Darpin, Midea air conditioning, MDV, Clima Gold air handling units and more! It was like creating the best technology cocktail! 🍹💻

The moment when the ice water unit started working - everyone froze with delight, and then reached for a cup of cold water! ❄️

If anyone here was looking for secret laboratories with experiments, we probably built the ones they were talking about! Even chemists didn't have such a mix! 🧪

Fortunately, when the work was nearing completion, everyone agreed that our ventilation was a real breath of fresh air amidst the technological confusion! 💨

Our team was such a close-knit team that we began to think that our construction plans were part of an international spy operation! 🕵️‍♂️🏗️ Is this a new action movie yet? 🎬

Remember, humor and technology sometimes go hand in hand better than some people think! 😄✨

We finished the challenge with a smile on our faces and pride in our hearts! 💙 Thanks to our work, ifm 2 in Opole became a real work of technological art! 💡🏗️
