We have a story for you about how we transformed Podłęże into a real Antizalew Fortress! 💪🌊

We had quite a challenge - Design and Construction of Sanitary Installations for the legendary Polish importer of stainless and acid-resistant steel, BTH Import Stal Sp. z o.o.! 🚿🔩

Our Investor gave us such confidence that he said: "Give us two halls!" - and we did? Of course we gave it! After all, we always two, if not more! 🏗️🏗️ We even waved the second hall with another General Contractor, and what the hell 💥

But that's not all! Our team faced a huge challenge - fighting with underground water! 😱 The location of the project, surrounded by the floodplains of the Vistula River, meant that we had to deal with water at 30-50cm under our feet! 💧🏊‍♂️

💦💥 The old storm drains did such tricks that the cast iron manhole flaps flew like fireworks! 🎆🚽

The former water tanker had a unique imagination - he thought he could swim around the area! Well, he imagined that he would be an "underwater ship"! ⛴️🌊

But we are not of the draining variety! 💪 We rebuilt the external installations so that now rainwater is on a string! A rainwater tank with a pumping station is our secret weapon against flooding, and the investor to this day has no problem with it! 🌧️🚫

And that's not all! Our team decided that the Investor needed something special - Aisin gas heat pumps with full automation systems that heat and cool at the same time! And how not to love modern technology? 🌡️❄️

But about the fact that the Gentlemen Engineers have a climate like at the pole, and the ladies of the administration have warm kisses, you already know! 💋💼 That's why we warm up and cool down like champions!

Well, and this conundrum - how to do heating in summer? Simple! Ice cream, ice cream, ice cream! 🍦❄️ We cheated the automation, which was managed as a function of the outside temperature, we draped the sensors with ice cream and enjoyed winter in the middle of summer and gave the building away! Scammers, but effective! 🕶️🌞

And finally, the committee evaluated our work - all checked, all in order! Of course, at the end we had a well-deserved ice cream! 🍨👷‍♂️👷‍♀️
