We present one of the unique projects in our portfolio, which not every company in the sanitary industry can boast. We comprehensively carried out the reconstruction of the historic building of the Polish Theater - its total area is about 12 thousand m.².

Investments in public buildings are usually a challenge, but in this case, the expansion with comprehensive reconstruction of the existing building of the historic Polish Theater in Szczecin set the bar extremely high for us. In carrying out the scope of our work, we had to meet the specifics of the installations and their special requirements to ensure maximum quality and comfort for users. In this way, this investment made it to our company's podium in the category of the most absorbing and stretching in time - the works in Szczecin have been going on for more than two years!

We equipped the historic theater building with 12! air handling units from the manufacturer VTS, smoke removal system from the manufacturer Mercor, Harmann fans, Smay fire dampers, Wilo pumps, Danfoss heat exchanger, Aermec chillers and fan coil units, Midea air conditioners (all in colors dreamed by the investor), air vents in all shapes and colors from the manufacturer Smay, the selection of ceramics in the sanitary rooms we managed to change 20 times at the request of the investor - a full cross section of equipment and solutions!

For more than two years we have managed to become very attached to Szczecin and the managers from Budimex, but our intense adventure with the theater is coming to an end ;)
